YouTube: the new design
YouTube now presents its new design on desktop.

The new interface for YouTube
The new YouTube interface is more modern than the old one. The red color is less present than before. Google also traded its gray boxes that separated the contents against an invisible white grille, more refined. The change is not radical, you should not be disoriented by this new version. YouTube has designed a simpler interface that is closer to the mobile version in order to facilitate navigation and better promote content.
Dark mode on YouTube
Another novelty is the dark mode. For several days, articles circulated on the Internet to enable you to activate it. This tedious manipulation is no longer necessary: YouTube's 'dark' mode can now be activated with a few clicks. Simply click on your photo, in the top left, then on 'Dark Mode'. The dark interface of YouTube is much nicer at night!
At this time, the new YouTube interface is not enabled by default. But all users can access it here: youtube.com/new. Simply click 'Continue' to activate the new YouTube design. If you do not like it, you can go back to the old interface from the menu (revert to the classic version of YouTube).
